I've done one track day in 2001 on a stock 2000 R1 with BT-010s I think they were, before I moved away from Melbourne. I was doing 1.53ishes while leaving what I felt was a large margin for error, and concentrated on being smooth, being my first track day. I loved it, back in Melbourne now too :D

That's a great time for first track day dev, when do you think you'll be heading back there?

Thanks, I was pretty vague on lines through 11 to 12, and braking for turn 1, but everywhere else felt right.

I'm sorely tempted to come along! No work yet, so I'm trying to keep optional costs down for the moment :( Plus I don't have full leathers anymore. I'd have to ride all the way too, I was knacker'ed doing that last time :D

Certainly later in the year, for now I think I'll have to make do with broom broom noises :sad1:
