Hey Shane,

But if I don't make that one I may see you in March. Will keep you in the loop

I booked in the slow group so I could ride with a mate for a couple of sessions, but now I'm thinking of changing to whatever the middle group is on the day. Hopefully I'll get to follow some faster riders then.

Well the day started out great, I felt real comfortable on the bike and was looking good for another PB.
Unfortunately I didn't get my line right coming into the s bend and came off.
So a few screws and plates later, and I'll hopefully be out on the track again in a few months.
Was nice to meet jonnymac, and was a bit starstruck with Wayne Maxwell keeping me company in the medical centre.
Now I just can't wait to be able to fix the bike and get back out there.

Hey Shane I was waiting for you to post up an update.

Good to hear your not too bad.

Don't be star struck with Maxo, despite people's opinion of him I've known him for about 10 years and he's a good bloke.

Yeah, Wayne is a top bloke as far as i'm concerned. So are the people who helped my mate load up the bikes while I was in the hospital.
On a different issue though, anyone know how I can get my tacho cluster thing from the side of the track? Only noticed it missing today.

I can give Wayne a call. But he won't be back there till the next day champions are doing.

Might be better to ring the track itself there use to be a caretaker there.

Try that first then as a last resort I will speak to Wayne.

Well you can't thank me for helping. I asked when he was going to do it and he said after his next session. Next I saw it was loaded up and he was going.

You could always get yourself a cheap dirty and hone some skills during the winter...
It's a lot safer... (Ey Jonny? :) )

Ummmm Yeh sure, nobody would ever do a full somersault over the bars with a half pike down a 2m high cliff face whilst landing on their head. Then finally landed hard on their back........

Speaking of classy dismounts did you get my other one.....?

Don't think a dirt bike will fit in the budget at the moment, might have to try and borrow one.

And Jonnymac, that sounds like one hell of a stack!
